A Micro training is a sequence of slides, and each slide is built from elements. When you open a slide in the editor, the + menu lets you add any of those elements — text and headings to explain, images and video to show, questions to ask, and a few specialised elements like Previous answer that connect this slide to something earlier in the same learning journey.
How a Micro training is put together
You're working at three levels:
The Micro training itself — one activity in a learning journey.
Slides — the screens a participant moves through, one at a time.
Elements — what you put on each slide.
You can mix as many elements as you want on a single slide. A reflection slide might be a heading, a paragraph of context, an open-ended question, and nothing else. A wrap-up slide might be a heading and a Previous answer element that surfaces what the participant wrote two weeks ago.

For every element type you can add — what each one does and when to use it — see Slide elements in a Micro training. For the cross-journey reflection element specifically, see Previous answer: show a participant their own answer from earlier in the journey.
