Choose the right channel for a notification based on urgency and audience.

Email works well for richer context and links. SMS works best for short, time-sensitive reminders where participants need to notice the message quickly.

Preview the activity as a participant before launch. A preview helps you catch unclear instructions, missing resources, and wording that does not match the rest of the journey.
