Your organisation's logo and brand colour help people recognize that a learning journey belongs to your organisation. Admins can update these brand settings for the organisation.
What the logo is used for
The logo can appear in places where Knowly represents your organisation, such as participant-facing pages and communication connected to learning journeys.
Use a clear version of the logo that works at small sizes. Avoid files with too much empty space around the logo, since that can make it look small in Knowly.
What the brand colour is used for
The brand colour helps Knowly match your organisation's visual identity in selected parts of the experience.
Pick a colour with enough contrast against white and light backgrounds. If your brand colour is close to red, consider whether unread notification dots and warning states remain easy to tell apart.
Before changing brand settings
Brand changes can affect what admins, managers, and participants see. If your organisation has brand guidelines, check the approved logo file and colour before you update Knowly.
If several teams use different brands inside the same Knowly organisation, review whether the change belongs at organisation level or team level before saving.
