How your brand appears across Knowly

Understand where your organisation's brand can appear across Knowly.

Knowly can show your organisation's brand in several places, so participants and managers understand who invited them and where the learning journey belongs.

Organisation-level branding

Organisation-level branding can include the organisation logo and brand colour. These settings help Knowly feel connected to your organisation across shared areas.

Use organisation-level branding when the same identity should apply broadly across teams and learning journeys.

Team and learning journey context

Teams and learning journeys can add context around who owns a learning journey and who participants should recognize.

If different teams need clearly different identities, check team settings and learning journey settings before changing the organisation-wide brand.

What branding should not do

Branding should help people recognize the sender and environment. It should not be used to make a learning journey look like it came from a different organisation or to hide that Knowly is the tool delivering the experience.

For email sender identity and deliverability, use the mail and deliverability articles instead.
