Before closing the organisation

Review what you need to keep or export:

  • active and completed learning journeys

  • participant history and reports

  • evaluation results

  • uploaded files and exports

  • admin and team access

  • GDPR or retention requirements

Make sure the right people in your organisation agree on what should happen next.


Access after closure

When an organisation is closed, admins, managers, and participants may lose access to the organisation and its learning journeys.

If people still need records, reports, or proof of completion, export what you need before closure.


Data deletion and retention

Closing an organisation is not the same as handling every GDPR deletion request. Your organisation may still need a separate process for personal data export, deletion, or retention.
