First check whether teams solve the problem
If the content should move within the same organisation, it may be enough to move the learning journey between teams.
Moving between teams keeps the content inside the same Knowly organisation. Moving between organisations is a larger change and can affect access, statistics, links, and active participants.
Why moving between organisations is limited
A learning journey is connected to people, teams, reports, links, notifications, and sometimes integrations. Moving it to another organisation can change who can access it and how historical data should be handled.
Because of that, Knowly does not recommend organisation-to-organisation moves as a routine cleanup method.

Before contacting Knowly, prepare:
which organisations are involved
what content you want to move
whether any learning journeys are active
whether statistics and participant history need to be preserved
why moving between teams is not enough
