Moving from Classic Knowly to the current Knowly experience is a planned change that Knowly helps your organisation with. It is not a self-serve switch that you turn on inside Classic Knowly.
What changes
The current Knowly experience uses a newer Help Center structure, newer page names, and different ways to build, schedule, and follow up learning journeys. Some Classic Knowly terms and workflows do not map one-to-one to current Knowly.
That is why Classic articles live in their own collection. They help people who still use Classic Knowly without mixing older steps into current Knowly guidance.
What to do if your organisation is moving
If your organisation is planning to move from Classic Knowly to current Knowly, your Knowly contact will help you with the right path and timing.
Ask your Knowly contact before rebuilding old Classic content, changing live participant links, or asking admins to follow current Knowly setup articles. The right approach depends on how your organisation uses Knowly today.
What participants and supporters should do
Participants and supporters should follow the links they have received from their organisation. If a link opens Classic Knowly, the Classic articles in this collection are the better match.
If a link does not work, contact the person who invited you or your Knowly contact. Include the link you tried to open and the email address you used.
