Classic Knowly participant home

See what participants can find from their Classic Knowly home screen after opening a training link.

The Classic Knowly participant home is the page participants see when they open a Classic training link. It gives them an overview of the training content that has been made available to them.

What participants can see

Participants may see:

  • micro-trainings or other content that is ready to open

  • activities that become available later

  • follow-up questions or reflections

  • information about the training and the person responsible for it

  • links or actions connected to supporters, sharing, or follow-up

The exact view depends on how the training was set up and how far the participant has come.

When content is missing

Some content may not be visible yet. Classic Knowly can show activities only when they have been made available according to the training schedule.

If a participant expects to see something but cannot find it, ask them to check that they used the latest link and the right email address. If it still looks wrong, contact Knowly with the participant's email address and the training name.

If the link does not work

Classic Knowly links are usually personal. Forwarded links, old links, or links opened with the wrong email address may not work as expected.

If a participant cannot get in, send them a fresh access link if your organisation has that option. Otherwise, contact Knowly and include the link they tried to open.
