In Classic Knowly, the responsible trainer is the person connected to a participant's training. Participants may see this person named in the training information.
What the responsible trainer does
The responsible trainer is usually the person who manages or follows up the training for the organisation. Depending on how the training was set up, that person may help with questions about the training, timing, content, or follow-up.
The responsible trainer is not always the same person as a participant's manager or supporter.
What the responsible trainer can see
The responsible trainer may be able to see information connected to the participant's training, such as progress, answers, or follow-up status. What they can see depends on the organisation's setup and the choices made in the training.
If a participant is unsure what is shared, they should ask the organisation or their Knowly contact.
If the responsible trainer looks wrong
If the wrong person is shown as responsible trainer, contact Knowly or the person who manages Classic Knowly for your organisation. Include the participant's email address and the training name so the right record can be checked.
