Classic Knowly is the older Knowly experience. Some organisations still use it, and the screens, names, and steps can look different from the articles in the current Help Center.
Use this collection when your Knowly pages do not match the current Knowly articles, or when your Knowly contact has told you that your organisation is on Classic Knowly.
How to know you are on Classic Knowly
You may be using Classic Knowly if:
your learning content opens from an older participant or supporter link
the page names and navigation do not match the current Help Center
your organisation has used Knowly for a long time and has not moved to the newer experience
your Knowly contact has mentioned Classic Knowly, TS1, or an older version
If you are not sure, contact Knowly with a screenshot of the page you are looking at and the URL you use to sign in.
What this collection covers
This collection keeps the Classic Knowly guidance that is still useful for people who need to find it:
what participants see in Classic Knowly
what a responsible trainer can see
how supporters help participants after a training
what to expect if your organisation is moving from Classic Knowly to the current Knowly experience
The rest of the Help Center describes current Knowly. If your screens clearly belong to Classic Knowly, avoid following current setup articles unless your Knowly contact has asked you to.
Getting help with Classic Knowly
