Knowly has more than one product generation. Most articles in this Help Center describe the current Knowly experience. If your screens look very different, you may be using Classic Knowly.
How to recognize Classic Knowly
You may be on Classic Knowly if:
your workspace or learning content does not look like the screenshots and wording in the current Help Center
your organisation has used Knowly for a long time and has not moved to the newer experience
your Knowly contact has mentioned Classic Knowly or an older version
If you are not sure, contact Knowly with a screenshot of the page you are looking at and the URL you use to sign in.
Where to get help
Classic Knowly has separate guidance from the current Help Center structure. Start with the Classic Knowly legacy collection if your screens belong to the older experience.
If you need help with a Classic Knowly feature that is not covered there, contact Knowly or use the Classic Knowly help material your organisation has been given.
Do not try to follow current Knowly setup articles if your screens clearly belong to Classic Knowly. The names and steps may not match.
Moving from Classic Knowly
Moving from Classic Knowly to the current Knowly experience is not a self-serve switch. If your organisation is planning that move, Knowly will help with the right path and timing.
