People can sign in to Knowly from the regular sign-in page or from a personal link in a Knowly email. The right route depends on who they are and how your organisation manages access.
Admins signing in
Admins usually sign in from the regular Knowly sign-in page. Use the email address connected to your Knowly account.
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, Knowly may send you to your organisation's normal sign-in screen. If you cannot sign in there, your organisation's IT or identity team may need to help. See Setting up SSO for your organisation for the admin setup context.
If your admin invite link has expired, ask another organisation admin or Knowly to send a fresh invitation.
Participants and managers using links
Participants and managers often start from the latest Knowly email they received. That link takes them to the right learning journey or manager view.
If the link has expired or no longer works, an admin can usually send a new access link from the learning journey.
Use the same email address that received the invitation. If someone signs in with another address, Knowly may not find the learning journey they were invited to.
Password reset and SSO
If the account uses password sign-in, use the password reset flow from the sign-in page.
If the organisation uses SSO, password reset usually happens through the organisation's own sign-in system, not in Knowly.
Access after a learning journey is completed
A completed learning journey can still be available when the person signs in, as long as the organisation has not removed them from Knowly and the journey still exists.
If someone cannot find an older learning journey, check whether they were removed from the organisation, removed from the journey, or invited with another email address.
If you are helping a participant with the basics of opening Knowly from an email, see How do I log in to Knowly?.
