Practical ways to use teams

Protect sensitive information. Put learning journeys with sensitive participant responses in a team where only the right admins are members.

Use separate branding for different programs. Create separate teams when different departments, academies, or customer-facing programs should have their own logo, colors, or language settings.

Separate ownership while still allowing reuse. Keep a shared academy or central content team in one team, and let other teams copy learning journeys into their own team when they need them.

When teams make the most sense

  • When admins should not all see the same participant data

  • When departments or programs should have separate branding

  • When one group should own the source material and another group should reuse it in their own context
