Practical ways to use teams
Protect sensitive information. Put learning journeys with sensitive participant responses in a team where only the right admins are members.
Use separate branding for different programs. Create separate teams when different departments, academies, or customer-facing programs should have their own logo, colors, or language settings.
Separate ownership while still allowing reuse. Keep a shared academy or central content team in one team, and let other teams copy learning journeys into their own team when they need them.
When teams make the most sense
When admins should not all see the same participant data
When departments or programs should have separate branding
When one group should own the source material and another group should reuse it in their own context
