Give a guest access to a selected learning journey

  • A guest does not automatically see any learning journeys.

  • After the guest accepts the invitation and creates a password, open the learning journey where they should collaborate.

  • Go to Settings and Manage permissions.

  • Add the guest to that learning journey and choose whether they should have limited or full access.
