The Scheduled activities view shows every activity that's lined up to send or publish across your learning journeys, so you can see what's about to reach people before it happens. Open it from Scheduled activities in the organisation sidebar, near Inbox and Recently visited.
It covers cohort learning journeys only. Individual learning journeys aren't listed here, because each participant moves on their own dates rather than a shared schedule — see Individual vs cohort learning journeys for the difference.
Narrow the list with the filters
Three filters sit at the top, and the count beside them tells you how many activities fall in the range:
Date range — focus on the next 30, 90, or 180 days.
Team — limit to a single team, or leave it on Any.
Assigned to — Me shows only activities in learning journeys you're part of, and Anyone shows them all.
What each activity shows
Each row is one scheduled send, ordered by when it goes out. For every one you can see:
when it's Scheduled for — the date and time it sends, or Today and Tomorrow when it's close.
who it's for — the activity type, how many participants or managers, and the learning journey it belongs to, with any session dates.
how it goes out — via email, SMS, or published without a notification — and whether its invitation has been edited or is still the default.
its deadline, if it has one, and how many deadline reminders are scheduled with it.
Act on an activity without leaving the view
Each row has a few actions:
View in timeline jumps to the activity inside its learning journey.
Preview opens the notification the way recipients will get it — the invitation, and for group meetings the group leader's and members' invitations too. You can edit a notification's wording straight from here before it sends. For more on that, see Which parts of a notification you can edit.
Set deadline appears on activities that don't have one yet.
What to use it for
Scheduled activities is your pre-send check. Use it to:
confirm upcoming messages and activities look the way you expect
plan support around important deadlines
spot when several activities are scheduled close together
give managers or stakeholders a heads-up before participants receive something
To review what's already gone out, its mirror is Past activities.
