Past activities: results and follow-up for everything you've sent

Use the Past activities view to review everything recently sent or published across your cohort learning journeys — completion stats, a summary, and quick reminders and reports.

The Past activities view shows everything that's recently been sent or published across your learning journeys, with completion stats for each one, so you can see how things landed and follow up. Open it from Past activities in the organisation sidebar, near Inbox and Recently visited.

Like Scheduled activities, it covers cohort learning journeys only — individual learning journeys aren't listed here.

Narrow the list with the filters

The same three filters as Scheduled activities sit at the top:

  • Date range — the last 30, 90, or 180 days.

  • Team — a single team, or Any.

  • Assigned toMe for learning journeys you're part of, or Anyone for all of them.

Start with the summary

At the top, Summary adds up what happened across the current filters: how many Participants and Managers were reached, how many Activities went out, and across how many Learning journeys. About these numbers explains exactly what's counted.

Read each activity's results

Below the summary, the Sent list shows each activity newest first, with when it was sent and by which channel. The stats shown depend on the activity type:

  • Micro trainings and knowledge tests — how many were invited, opened it, completed it, and how many answers came in.

  • Assignments — invited, opened, submitted, and approved when approval is required.

  • Evaluations — invited, opened, and responses (or submissions).

  • Group meetings — people per group, total groups, meetings scheduled, and meetings completed.

  • Direct messages — how many recipients got the message.

  • Manager registration — how many were invited, and how many registered a manager.

Follow up without leaving the view

Depending on the activity, each row offers a few actions:

  • View results opens the full engagement or results for that activity. To dig into how people responded, Reading engagement and results goes deeper.

  • Send reminder nudges the people who haven't completed yet. See Sending a smart reminder for how reminders work.

  • Create report builds a downloadable report for the activity.

For activities with a deadline, the row also shows whether that deadline is still ahead or has already passed.

What to use it for

Use Past activities to:

  • see what participants recently received

  • follow up after an important deadline

  • answer timing questions from admins, managers, or participants

  • check whether a learning journey has been active lately

To see what's still coming up instead, its mirror is Scheduled activities.
