A recipient schedule is the practical timeline a participant or manager follows after a learning journey is live. The schedule depends on journey type, dates, deadlines, and when the person is added.
Cohort journeys
In a cohort learning journey, participants usually share the same activity dates. If someone is added late, review what has already happened and what they should receive next.
Individual journeys
In an individual learning journey, each participant gets a personal schedule from their anchor date. Two participants can be in the same journey but receive activities on different calendar dates.
Managers
Manager communication depends on the manager setup in the journey. Check manager invitations and notifications before launch if managers need to support participants during the journey.
