Creating an individual learning journey works much like creating a regular learning journey in Knowly. The main difference is that scheduling is based on an anchor date instead of fixed dates for everyone.
Create the learning journey
Start by creating a new Learning journey 2.0.
Choose Individual as the type of learning journey.
Give the journey a name and complete the basic settings.
Creating a new individual learning journey
Set the anchor date
The anchor date is the point in time that the rest of the schedule is built around.
Rename it so it matches the real event in your journey, such as First day at work.

Add and schedule the activities
Add the activities that should be part of the journey.
Finish the content for each activity before you move on to scheduling.
Open scheduling and decide when each activity should happen relative to the anchor date.
For example, you can schedule an activity 1 day after the anchor date or 7 days before it.
When you want a reusable setup, it helps to finish the structure and the scheduling before you start adding participants.
Scheduling an activity relative to the "Anchor date"
Important. Create and schedule all activities before you start adding participants. If you add new activities later, the participants who are already in the journey will not automatically receive them.
Add participants
Open the People area.
Add the participant and enter their contact details.
Set their anchor date.
Knowly uses that date to generate the participant's personal schedule.
