Duplicating a learning journey lets you reuse an existing setup instead of starting from scratch.
Availability
Basic duplication is available on all plans.
Advanced duplication (sometimes shown as Magic duplication) is available for Enterprise organizations.
If the option is locked with an Enterprise badge, your organization does not have access yet.
See If a feature is locked for what to check next.
When to use duplication
Use duplication when you want to:
launch a new cohort based on an existing learning journey
reuse activities and content in a new program run
create a copy before making larger changes
You can start from the learning journey list by clicking Duplicate on the learning journey you want to reuse.
Name the new copy
The first step shows the current learning journey name. Update it to something that makes the new copy easy to recognize.
