Editing your account profile

Update your own account profile, password, email, and personal notification settings.

Your account profile controls your own details in Knowly. Use it when you need to update your name, email address, password, or personal notification preferences.


Open your account profile

Open Knowly and go to your personal account area. In organisations with teams, you can usually reach it from the organisation menu or from the account link in the sidebar.

This area is personal to you. It does not change organisation-wide settings, team settings, or another person's profile.


Change your name or email address

Update your name when Knowly should show a different name to other admins, managers, or participants.

Update your email address when you want Knowly messages and sign-in confirmation to use a new address. Use an email address you can access, since Knowly may ask you to confirm the change.

If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, some account details may come from your organisation's identity provider instead of being edited directly in Knowly.


Change your password

If your account uses password sign-in, you can update your password from your account profile or use the password reset flow from the sign-in page.

If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, you usually manage your password through your organisation's normal sign-in system.


Manage your notification preferences

Your account profile also links to your personal notification preferences. These settings decide which admin notifications you receive for learning journeys you follow.

For journey-specific notification overrides, open the learning journey settings instead.
