Past activities help admins review what has already happened across learning journeys. Use this view when you need to understand recent activity timing or follow up after something was sent.
Open Past activities
In the organisation sidebar, open Past activities. The view lists activity moments that have already happened for learning journeys you can access.
It is useful when you want to check what participants recently received or when a deadline or activity moment passed.
What you can use it for
Past activities can help you:
see what happened recently
follow up after important deadlines
answer timing questions from admins, managers, or participants
understand whether a learning journey has been active lately
Combine it with engagement views
Past activities tells you that an activity moment has happened. To understand how participants responded, use the engagement or results views for the learning journey.
If you need to send a manual reminder, open the learning journey and use the reminder tools there.
