Open Scheduled activities
In the organisation sidebar, open Scheduled activities. The view lists upcoming activity moments connected to learning journeys you can access.
Use it to spot what is about to happen soon, especially when several learning journeys are active at the same time.

check that upcoming messages and activities look expected
plan support around important deadlines
notice whether several activities are scheduled close together
prepare managers or stakeholders before participants receive something
Date ranges and access
The view can include date filters so you can focus on the next period of work. What you can see depends on your organisation's setup and your access in Knowly.
If something is missing, first check whether you have access to the team or learning journey where that activity belongs.
