What you can follow
The engagement and results views answer different questions:
Engagement shows participant progress, activity completion, answers, and support signals inside a learning journey.
Reports help you export a snapshot of answers and progress from the whole journey or from one activity.
Statistics help you understand the status colors, activity numbers, and less obvious metrics in the engagement view.
Evaluation results show answers and summaries from evaluations.
Online reports let you share selected evaluation results with stakeholders through a public link.
Archiving keeps completed or inactive learning journeys out of your active list without deleting participant data.
