Most Knowly emails come from a learning journey that your employer or another organization invited you to. These emails don't have an unsubscribe link, so the way to stop them is to ask that organization to remove you — Knowly delivers the emails, but the organization running the learning journey decides who's on it.
Ask the organization that invited you
If you don't want a learning journey's emails — or you shouldn't be getting them at all — contact the organization that set it up and ask them to remove you. This is the right step when:
you've left the company or organization
you've retired or no longer work with them
you were invited by mistake
you should no longer be part of that learning journey
Removing you from the journey is what stops its emails. If you're not sure who to contact, the email itself usually names the organization or the learning journey, and Knowly support can help you track down where it's coming from.
If you run a learning journey yourself and someone has asked you to take them off it, see Unsubscribing a participant on their behalf.
If you still need access to the learning journey
Being removed from a learning journey also removes your access to it. If you've stopped the emails but still need to finish the journey, save the latest Knowly link from an email or sign in with the email address that was invited, rather than asking to be removed. If you've already been removed and want back in, ask the organization to invite you again.
If emails keep arriving
If emails keep coming after you've been removed, check whether they're going to a different email address or coming from another learning journey. If they keep arriving at the same address, contact [email protected] and include one of the emails you received, so we can find where it's coming from.
