Adding audio to a learning journey

Add an Audio element to a micro training slide and upload an mp3 or m4a file. The audio element is available on selected plans.

You add audio by placing an Audio element in a micro training slide and uploading a sound file, so participants can listen right inside the activity. Audio can make a learning journey feel more personal and supports participants who prefer listening.

Availability

  • The audio element is available on selected plans.

  • If your plan doesn't include it, you won't see the option to add audio to a slide.

Add an audio element

On a micro training slide, use the plus (+) to add an element and choose Audio under Content and layout. In the audio's settings, choose Upload audio and pick an mp3 or m4a file. As it plays, participants can adjust the speed and skip forward or back.

Give it written context

Add enough written context around the audio so the activity still makes sense without sound — for anyone in a quiet space, on a poor connection, or using a screen reader. For accepted formats and sizes, see File limits and accepted formats.
