Preview the participant view when you want to understand how a learning journey will feel to the people taking part. It helps you catch confusing text, missing context, and media issues before launch.
What preview is good for
Checking the order of activities.
Reading instructions as a participant.
Reviewing images, videos, and links.
Confirming that locked or hidden activities behave as expected.
What preview does not prove
Preview does not replace sending a test email when sender appearance, inbox behavior, or external email filtering matters. Use both when launch quality is important.
Review both languages when needed
If the learning journey has translated content, preview each language version that participants will use. UI language and journey content language are separate things.
