Going live is the point where a learning journey moves from planned content to real communication with participants and managers. This article gives you the main checks to make before you publish.
Before you publish
Check that the journey has the right activities, dates, recipients, notifications, and sender settings. Preview the participant view when you want to see what the journey will feel like before anyone receives it.
What happens after publishing
After you publish, Knowly can start sending scheduled activities, reminders, and invitations according to the setup you chose. Some settings can still be changed later, but anything already sent should be treated as live communication.
Common checks
Confirm that dates and deadlines are correct.
Confirm that the right participants and managers are connected.
Check notification channels and sender details.
Send a test when you want to review the flow before launch.
