If your learning journey includes a meeting — a Zoom call, a Microsoft Teams session, an in-person workshop, or anything else — the join link and meeting details live on the meeting activity inside the journey. That activity is the reliable place to look: even if you also got a calendar invite, it's the link on the activity that gets you into the call.
Open the meeting activity in your learning journey
Sign in at app.knowly.com and open the activity for the meeting. The activity shows the date, time, and the join link or any other details the organizer added.
If you can't open your learning journey at all, see My Knowly link doesn't work.
If you got a calendar invite or a reminder email
When a group meeting is booked, Knowly may add a calendar invite so the time lands in your calendar, and the organization may also mention the meeting in a reminder email. Both are useful heads-ups, but neither is guaranteed to carry the join link — the calendar invite links back to Knowly rather than straight to the call. So when you need the actual link, open the meeting activity in your journey and use the link there.
If the link isn't there
If the activity exists but the link is missing, the person who set up the meeting may not have added it yet. Contact the organization that invited you to the learning journey and ask them to:
check that the meeting activity has the right link
share the meeting details with you
confirm the meeting still exists
Knowly Support can help with the platform itself, but the meeting link is added by the organization running your learning journey, not by Knowly.
