Knowly can show buttons, menus, and system messages in different languages, but the learning journey itself is written by the organization that invited you. Changing your language in Knowly does not automatically translate the activities, questions, or learning material.
What your language setting changes
Your language setting can change Knowly's own interface, such as:
buttons
menus
system messages
some standard confirmation text
This can make Knowly easier to navigate, even if the learning material itself stays in another language.
What it does not translate
Your language setting does not automatically translate content written by the organization running the learning journey.
That includes:
activity instructions
questions
answers or options in a knowledge test
videos, images, or attached files
messages written by the organization
If the activity text is in English, Swedish, or another language, it usually stays in that language for everyone invited to that version of the learning journey.
Ask whether another version exists
Some organizations create separate versions of a learning journey for different languages. If you need the content in another language, ask the person or organization that invited you whether a translated version exists.
If they have another version, they can tell you whether you should be moved to it or invited separately.
If only the Knowly interface is in the wrong language
If the buttons and menus are in the wrong language, look for the language selector in Knowly or ask the organization that invited you for help changing it.
Changing the interface language can help you use Knowly, but it will not change the language of the learning journey content.
