Individual learning journeys let each participant follow the same learning journey on their own timeline. Instead of one shared calendar, every activity is scheduled relative to an anchor date — a personal reference point like a first day at work — so people who start on different days each get the same experience from their own starting point.
Availability
Individual learning journeys are available for organizations on the Team plan and higher.
Self-registration and batch import for individual learning journeys are available on Enterprise and higher.
What makes them different
In a cohort journey, everyone follows the same calendar dates.
In an individual journey, you build one reusable schedule and connect each activity to the anchor date — for example 7 days before or 3 days after.
Each participant then gets their own timing from the anchor date you set for them.

How they work
Create a new learning journey and choose Individual as the type.
Add your activities and finish their content.
Schedule each activity relative to the anchor date.
Add participants and set each person's anchor date.
Knowly builds each participant's personal schedule from that date.
